5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

   

Important: ZJDRONE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-stocking fees listed in our Return Policy.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at help@zjdrone.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

ZJDRONE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will do our best to assist you.
