Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship directly from our manufacturing hub in Dongguan, China. This allows us to offer the latest drone technology at the best possible prices by cutting out middlemen.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We are proud to offer Free Global Shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and major EU countries.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Delivery time consists of two parts:
  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days to inspect and pack your drone.
  • Shipping Time: 3-7 business days for the US, and 10-20 business days for other international destinations.
Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
A: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. ZJDRONE does not collect these fees at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Quality Issues: If the drone is defective or damaged upon arrival, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • Personal Preference: If you are returning it because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping fees to our warehouse in China.
Q: How do I track my return?
A: Once you ship the item back, please provide us with the tracking number via email at help@zjdrone.com so we can monitor its arrival and process your refund faster.

Product & Technology

Q: Are your drones easy for beginners to fly?
A: Absolutely. Models like the AE86 Pro Max and AE3 Pro Max feature beginner-friendly modes, including GPS One-Key Return, Headless Mode, and Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance (on supported models), making them safe and easy to learn.
Q: Does the drone come with a warranty?
A: Yes, we provide a 2-Year Quality Warranty on the main aircraft body. This covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by pilot error, crashes, or water damage.
Q: Can I fly the drone without a smartphone?
A: Some of our flagship models (like the AE86 Pro Max+) come with a dedicated Screen Remote Controller, allowing you to fly and view the camera feed without connecting a phone. For other models, you will need to connect a smartphone to the controller to view the FPV feed.
