At ZJDRONE, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Our policy complies with Google Merchant Center requirements to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final Sale items: Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We believe in fair shipping practices. The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, ZJDRONE will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind), you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at help@zjdrone.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, please attach photos.
  2. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to our designated return address listed below.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the refund after inspection. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
